The experience allows players to take the journey from new joiners to service leaders by navigating realistic workplace scenarios. The game focuses on teaching key soft skills through immersive challenges that simulate real public service situations: Handling cancellations and irate customers Collaborating internally across teams Conflict resolution and team-based decision-making Demonstrating leadership, empathy, and emotional intelligence Key Features: Dynamic scoring system with instant feedback Region- and branch-based leaderboards to drive competition Integration with the Knowledge Gate Portal for learning analytics and performance tracking
